The My Young Master (2019) Korean movienominations for the Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced Wednesday morning, and Oscar favorites such as Moonlightand Manchester by the Seadominated.

Mahershala Ali led the acting nominations with his supporting role in Moonlight, as well asensemble nominations for both that and Hidden Figures. For Manchester by the Sea, Lucas Hedges received a Supporting Male Actor nod, a break from Monday's Golden Globe noms and a promising step if the young actor hopes to snag an Oscar nod for his stellar work as a grieving teen in the drama.

In the television category, Sterling K. Brown was recognized in the drama andlimited series categories for his work on This Is Us and People V. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, respectively. Westworld's Thandie Newton got a nomination for her portrayal of Maeve (the Golden Globe nomination went to Evan Rachel Wood), as did Bryce Dallas Howard for Black Mirror's"Nosedive."
